Tour Frequently Asked Questions
HOW MUCH IS IT?
Although not bank-breaking, some of you probably have spent more on your career or event travels anyway, there are fees in order to participate in the tour. The fees not only cover your stage time (but if you just want to pay for stage time, you can) but include various hotel rates, promotional and marketing prices (from flyers to billboards) while you are on the tour. prices start at $1,500 for one event.
WHO IS PLATINUM ENTERPRISE?
Platinum Enterprise Group Services were founded in 1996. We have been members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 2003. Platinum Enterprise the online resource for several major urban event listings. We are not the HYPE...we are the solution to your travel issues. We help other business get the word out as well. We are the home of www.whatspoppincentral.com and if you have never heard of Whatspoppin, ask at least five 18-35 minorities who use the internet to attend urban events as our newsletter is distributed to approximately 100,000 individuals.
WHO ELSE IS PERFORMING?
As soon as our roster is completed, you will be notified. It could be you!
WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE EVENTS?
NBA All Star : February 17 - 19th
Black College Reuion : March 30th - April 2nd
Texas (Kappa) Beach : April 21 - 23rd
Urban Beach - Miami : May 26 - 29th
Essence (note: Essence will be held in Houston this year) : June 30th - July 4th
Indiana Black Expo : July 6-16th

I WANT TO PERFORM AT AN EVENT NOT LISTED. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Anything is possible with Platinum Enterprise :)
We need to find promoters to work with and also need ample time to promote the tour stop. Email mmd@pegsonline.com if you want to perform somewhere else.
I AM A MANAGER OR INDIE LABEL EXEC AND I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ARTIST. DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AN ARTIST INQUIRY FORM FOR EACH ARTIST?
Yes you do, since all artists go through a selection process.
I HAVE SUBMITTED THE ARTIST INQUIRY FORM, MY MUSIC TO YOU AND TO DON BAKER. NOW WHAT?
As soon as don hears your music, he will then contact us as to whether you are able to represent our tour to the fullest. Either way, we will notify you asap.
